Brody Steele is known as the ring general of the group, with a quick temper but a big heart inside his tough exterior. At 6'8" and 325lbs he is the biggest wrestler on the crew, and also the most experienced local wrestler, having travelled all over the world to wrestle. Brody is not afraid to be hard on the younger wrestlers on the crew, quoting "it's a tough business, if you're not tough you shouldn't be in it."

Trash Canyon Is the least experienced of the main 4 guys, but what he lacks in experience and in ring ability he well makes up for with his charisma, hard work, and determination. Some wrestlers with more experience are a little jealous of Trash, feeling that he hasn't paid his dues to be in the position he is within the company. While he might not have a lot of wrestling experience, Trash has an excellent mind for business and without him kicking down doors left and right it's unlikely the project would have ever gotten off the ground.

Wildman Gary Williams Is almost a contradictory character. While his in ring persona is "the Wildman" outside of the ring he is pretty much the mother hen of the crew, making sure everyone is takien care of and being the nice guy. It's been said on more than one occassion that Gary is probably the nicest guy in professional wrestling. On top of that after training with wrestling Legends Leo Burke and Bret Hart, Gary is known as one of the top wrestlers in the country. He also runs his own wrestling school, Wildman Academy, and has his own band, Dead Reach. A couple of Gary's top students are also featured on the show.

Kowboy Mike Hughes brings a lot to the group including in ring talent, charisma, and controversy. The show tackles a situation that came up between Mike and Brody Steele a few years back that caused their close friendship to come to an abrupt end. Mike has gained a reputation as guy that tells some tall tales, and it has somewhat alienated himself from some of his closest friends in the wrestling business over the last few years. Whether or not after spending a week on the road together will help or hurt an already fragile situation remains to be seen...

Krysta Lynn Scott is one of two female wrestlers on the crew. Krysta is about as passionate about the wrestling business as you can get, and finds herself increasingly frusterated at the limitations of her partner due to an old knee injury. Krysta also has to deal with a struggle to find a balance between being seen as a sex symbol and being respected as a wrestler. She also has to deal with her ex boyfriend on the tour, a fellow Wildman Academy graduate, Tommy Ozbourne. At the time of the tour they had been broken up a few months and hadn't spoken at all, which made for some awkward situations. Tune into see how that one plays out.

Purity Saint has been involved in the wrestling business since she was 13 years old, first as a valet, before getting trained at Wildman Academy in 2006. She struggles with many in ring limitations as a result of a knee injury suffered when she was younger. She also finds herself feeling self conscious while on the tour as a result of not being in as good of shape as the other 2 females on tour. In all actuality she will probably become a role model to many young girls by proving you don't need to look like a barbie doll to be a wrestler. She must also face a lot of slack from some of the other wrestlers on the tour, who feel that she didn't prepare herself well enough for the tour.

Tommy Ozbourne is the top student to come out of Wildman Academy. He is not only struggling with how to act around his ex girlfriend, he's also dealing with a decision to put wrestling on the backburner in favor of a career in MMA. It becomes obvious that he is not comfortable being put in a high spot on the card when he plans to leave wrestling behind and there are so many guys out there that would kill to have his spot. However because of his natural in ring ability (he's often compared to a young Bobby Roode) The WR office feels that he deserves to be on the roster, and everyone has their doubts as to how he'll feel about wrestling after taking part in a history making tour.

Titus is a popular up and coming wrestler that pulls off quite a few moves in ring that are very impressive for a guy his size. Some of the veterans on the tour feel that Titus doesn't take wrestling as seriously as he should by relying on his dread locks for a look instead of being in good shape, and worry that he's too reliant on "spot fest" matches. However they all think highly of him and hope that being in a locker room with a bunch of veterans for the first time will change his attitude on wrestling so that he can reach his full potential.

Also featured on the show is Sidewinder, an 18 year old up and comer who seems to have everything it takes, except the right attitude. He claims his role on the series to be "the young guy who does narcotics", but this doesn't sit well with the higher ups in the promotion as they feel he's not taking his job seriously. The situation is a bomb waiting to go off unless Sidewinder starts taking his job more seriously.

Lincoln Steen is a guy with a lot of talent, passion, and knowledge of the wrestling business who's just never been able to get the physique that would help take him to the next level. A lot of people feel that Steen thinks he's more of a "veteran" than he really is. Steen is know as the "clown" of the crew which can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the time, place, and mood of the wrestlers around him.

Scott Savage is another rarity in the wrestling business. The son of a minister, Scott does not partake in any of the drugs or alcohol and partying that most wrestlers do on a regular basis. Scott is known as a genuine nice guy, and even though he's got a lot of experience wrestling all over North America, he always helps with the ring crew in any way he can. Scott is very secretive of his personal life, a decision that perplexes a lot of the wrestlers he works with, who are used to forming close bonds with eachother while on the road for long periods of time.

When Tony Armstrong first started wrestling at over 400lbs, people were shocked at his ability to move around like a guy much smaller. Since then Tony has lost almost 200lbs and has become known as one of the best wrestlers in the area, incorperating his MMA training into his matches. Tony is also know for playing "ribs" on the other wrestlers, especially Lincoln Steen.

James Mason is known as one of the best wrestlers in the world, and was the British Heavyweight Champion at the time of the Fight For Reality tour. James probably has more in ring experience than the rest of the crew combined, having been in the wrestling business since before he even hit his teenage years. He wrestles over 300 days a year overseas, sometimes 2 or 3 times a night.. Working in Canada was a bit of a culture shock for him as he wasn't used to having cameras in his face all the time, and having predetermined endings to each match.

Julien Young is another upcoming wrestler who broke into the business along with Titus and has had a great many fan favorite matches with him. His natural talent and great timing in the ring make him a guy to keep an eye on in years to come.

Marisa Leblanc is a top figure competitor as well as a valet for the Kardinal Sinners. She admits that she knows her role on the show is to be "eye candy" and everyone is in agreement that she does a very good job at that.

When putting together the roster for the first ever WR tour, Zero was one of the first names written down. A graduate of the Kardinal Sinners Wrestling School (Run by Brody Steele and Kowboy Mike Hughes) they knew that he would be trustworthy and dependable enough to take on the extra duty of making sure the ring was taken care of in each down and put together properly. Zero has acheived a bit of a cult following in parts of New Brunswick especially.
Joey Arsenault trained to be a manager at the Maritime Wrestling Academy run by Wildman and Brody Steele in Moncton, New Brunswick. He was very excited to make his debut on national television as an "advisor" for Scott Savage during his match against Trash Canyon in Moncton.
